- Consultation/Communication starting at Day 1

- Venue Visit and Planning Session
- Coordinate with Venue Staff
- Create and distribute an event timeline for all vendors and the wedding party
- 10 hours on site, Day of (on average)
- Coordinate Rentals and Vendors (including pick up/deliveries of décor, cake, etc.)
- Oversees set-up (ask us about flipping services)
- Basic Decor and Design (addition fee for over 125 guests)
- Oversees breakdown and ensures all personal items are returned to the client
- Attend and Manage Rehearsal before the wedding (2 hours)
- Deliver payment and tips to vendors
- Ready to handle any last-minute change or emergency
- If travel is required, fees will be based on accommodations and travel costs
