Create and Distribute Event Timeline for all Vendors and Wedding Party
10 Hours on Site Day of Wedding (average)
Coordinate Rentals and Vendors (including pick up/deliveries of decor, cake, etc.
Oversee Set-Up (as about flipping services)
Basic Decor and Design (additional fee for over 125 guests)
Attend and Manage Rehearsal prior to Wedding (1.5 hours)
If travel is required, fees will be based on accommodations and travel cost
